Yes, we suggest booking 3 rooms which will ensure that your whole group will be able to play.
If you're unsure of your head count, but know it will be between 12-15 people, we suggest you book 3 rooms with 4 people in each. If your group is going to be bigger than 12, then you can show up with the additional players on the day of your reservations and pay for them at that time. With the 3 rooms, you can have up to 18 people.
