We do not offer refunds or partial refunds (even in an event when the number of participants decreases).
While we do not offer refunds, we can reschedule bookings if you let us know 72+ hours in advance. If you are about to make a booking but aren’t sure how many people will come, we recommend booking the room for the minimum number of people (3 people). When you arrive the day of, you can pay for any additional players using a credit card. Please note, Bunker, Bank, and Prison can hold up to 6 people and Zodiac up to 5 people. We do not accept cash.
If you do cancel within 72 hours, we can open up the room so that another group can book it. If it does get booked, we can issue you a voucher for future use.
If you do think that you may cancel, you can buy insurance before you book your game. We highly recommend buying insurance if you think there is a chance of cancelation and would like a refund.
Due to the pandemic, if a group has a member who is sick or has been exposed to someone with Covid, the group can elect to cancel their appointment at any time for a voucher which will activate 3 months after the date of the appointment and be good for 1 year.
For those looking for great flexibility, we are working with our franchise to create an insurance option that will allow guests to cancel up to 15 minutes before their appointment and will allow for a refund (excluding the cost of insurance).
